Mental Health First Aid Refresher

If you have completed your Adult Mental Health First Aid certificate in the last 3 years, this half day course will give you an opportunity to update your knowledge, awareness and skills around mental health support.

Just like physical first aid, it’s really important to keep your Mental Health First Aid training up to date. This 4 hour session, delivered by our qualified instructors, will provide you with the latest information and mental health statistics as well as giving you the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.

The online session is interactive and includes a mix of presentations, group discussions, and workshop activities. Once you have completed the course, you will be certified for another 3 years and have continued access to ongoing benefits including resources, learning and 24/7 digital support through the MHFAider Support App.

MHFA England value this course at £150 per person, however we are pleased to be able to offer places at the reduced price of £75 per person.
