We are a passionate and professional team governed by our Board of Trustees. Our Chief Executive has day to day responsibility for running the charity and together with the Trustees and Management Team, sets out the strategic direction of the organisation. We are a Registered Charity and our Trustees are all volunteers.

Lived experience is really important to us and at all levels of our organisation, we employ individuals with first, or second-hand experience of mental health problems. Every member of our team brings with them their own unique specialisms, skills and abilities ensuring that we can respond to the diverse needs and interests of our local community.
