Wellbeing and Resilience Action Plans

WRAPS are one-to-one, coaching sessions focused on improving your wellbeing. Your designated Wellbeing Coach will tailor a 6 week programme to your individual needs helping you to address specific areas of your life which you may be struggling in. Using Cognitive Behavioural Coaching techniques you will be empowered to take proactive steps to improve your mental health, confidence and emotional resilience; we’ll teach you healthy coping strategies to help you manage life’s ups and downs.

Sessions can be delivered face to face or online and last 50 minutes a week.


Some of the common areas explored during WRAPs can include:

  • Managing wellbeing and anger
  • Physical health and self-care
  • Living skills and responsibilities
  • Social networks
  • Relationships
  • Identity and self-esteem
  • Aspirations
  • Challenging and/or addictive behaviours

How much does a WRAP cost?

Whilst we sometimes have funding available to deliver these free of charge, you can also choose to self fund your WRAP at a total cost of £280.
