This session aims to build awareness of the prevalence of mental health and also help people to understand the particular problems and challenges which they or others may be facing.

Stress, anxiety and depression.

This course helps people to understand how stress is a contributing factor to nearly every mental health problem, and also explores in more detail what anxiety and depression are and the signs and symptoms of these problems.

This course helps people to understand why someone may choose to self-harm, and the alternatives which can be put in place to help a person to find other methods of coping.
