Walking groups
We know that getting outdoors in nature and enjoying a gentle walk can be beneficial for our physical and mental health. We have previously led weekly walking groups around Faversham and Maidstone giving local people the chance to get some fresh air, meet new people and receive wellbeing support and advice from our Wellbeing Coaches.
These activities are dependent on funding and as soon as dates are confirmed, this page will be updated.
