Walking groups
We know that getting outdoors in nature and enjoying a gentle walk can be beneficial for our physical and mental health; our local walking groups give people the chance to get some fresh air, meet new people and receive wellbeing support and advice from our Wellbeing Coaches.
Join our team for a relaxed, two hour walk around the local area and explore other techniques along the way to improve wellbeing including mindfulness and grounding. There will be two starting points so if you are not feeling up to the full two hours, you are welcome to join us for just one hour.
Please note our walking group has now come to an end however, we are looking to restart sessions again in 2026. Please check back again soon for more details!
