Money and Mental Health
Join our supportive and friendly, 3 week course which combines mental health support with practical, educational tools that you can use to improve your money management skills.
This free course will explore how mental health affects our spending habits and how you can feel more confident at managing your money. As well as looking at budget templates and goal setting, we’ll also share positive coping strategies that can be used to manage and improve your mental health such as mindfulness and grounding tools.
Following the sessions, you will better understand your own personal relationship with money, be able to talk confidently about, and manage your own finances and know where else you can get support.
Please note, these courses are only available to people living in Swale. We are running three courses – please see details below of which course is the most suitable for you.
