Where do we work?

We are independent charity working exclusively across the districts of Maidstone, Ashford and Swale. Our team are all based here and deliver interventions from our Wellbeing Centre in Maidstone and from community centres, schools, businesses and other charitable organisations nearby.

As the leading mental health charity in the local area, with over 50 years experience, our team are experts in supporting people of all ages to manage and improve their wellbeing. We are affiliated with National Mind but we are entirely independent which means we are responsible for all our own fundraising and all our own service delivery. This allows us to listen to our direct communities and provide services which are tailored to their specific needs.

Being a local charity also means that when you make a donation to support our work, it goes back into helping others right here in your community.
