Baby massage and parental wellbeing group

We recognise that being a new parent can be an amazing time of your life, but for some, it can also bring with it new and unique challenges. Our wellbeing team are here to support you and are currently offering wellbeing groups in Maidstone, and online, where you can not only get support for yourself but also learn baby massage techniques. Thanks to funding from KCC, these sessions are free!

Baby massage and parental wellbeing group – Maidstone

This is a relaxed and informal group where you can come together with other new parents, share your experiences and get tailored advice and support from our Wellbeing Coaches about how to look after your mental health.

Each session will also include dedicated time for baby massage. Baby massage can bring many benefits including improved sleep and improved digestion; it can also help you feel more connected to your baby.

Our instructors are fully trained and will provide baby safe oils and muslin cloths. You might like to bring a towel or blanket for your baby to lie on so they are extra comfy. We recommend this session is for parents whose babies are aged 8 weeks to 6 months.

Sessions will run at Infozone, 3 Palace Avenue, Maidstone ME15 6NF every Tuesday from 13th January to 31st March from 9.30am to 11.30am.

To book your place, please complete the form below. Please note, priority will be given to those who consider themselves neurodivergent – although no formal diagnosis is required.
