Walking groups

We know that getting outdoors in nature and enjoying a gentle walk can be beneficial for our physical and mental health; our local walking groups give people the chance to get some fresh air, meet new people and receive wellbeing support and advice from our Wellbeing Coaches.

We are thrilled to have recently received funding to relaunch our Maidstone Walking group. Join our team for a relaxed, two hour walk around the local area and explore other techniques along the way to improve wellbeing including mindfulness and grounding. There will be two starting points so if you are not feeling up to the full two hours, you are welcome to join us for just one hour.

We will be running two groups for over 18s in Maidstone, the first starting on the 27th May and running weekly until the 12th August. The second group will be starting in Autumn with a date to be confirmed.
