Everyday Mental Health course

This 1 hour course explores common stressors such as financial worries, how these can impact us and how we can positively manage our own wellbeing. As part of this course we will also share details of other support services available across Kent and Medway.


The session provides an opportunity for you to reflect on how the current climate might be affecting your own mental health and learn practical skills and knowledge that can help you day-to-day.

Following the session you will be able to:

  • Recognise the impact that negative stressors such as debt can have on your mental health.
  • Understand how to support your own mental health and wellbeing.
  • Have the confidence and knowledge to support someone else who may be struggling with poor mental health.
  • Know what other support services are available locally.

Courses are available free of charge – with a limited number of spaces available on each session.
