This summer holiday, come along and grab a FREE bag of healthy ingredients, all ready to make a family sized dinner and breakfast!
Our Wellbeing Team will also be on hand throughout these one hour sessions to provide any additional advice, guidance and signposting as needed so do feel free to stay and chat to them about your own, or your children’s mental health.
Please note, although this is a drop in session, places must be booked in advance, using the form below, so we can ensure we have the correct amount of food available.
Do I have to bring anything with me?
No, everything is provided. We will have pre-prepared bags of weighed and measured ingredients and a recipe card so you have everything you need to get cooking.
Do you have parking?
Unfortunately, we don’t have parking at our Wellbeing Centre, however, we are close to bus stops and train stations. There is a car park two minutes walk away on College Road.
What will happen during the session?
The sessions are totally informal and are operated as a drop-in. You can arrive at any time during the one hour slot and either grab a bag and leave, or stay and chat to our team about our wellbeing support.
How much does it cost?
Thanks to funding from Maidstone Borough Council, it is entirely free!
Who are these sessions for?
Families living in Maidstone.
How long does each session last?
One hour.
When and where will they be taking place?
We will be running three sessions: 12th August, 19th August and 26th August, 1.30pm to 2.30pm at our Maidstone Wellbeing Centre, 23 College Road.
