Wellbeing Workshops

Join our supportive, 3 week course which combines peer-to-peer support, with cognitive behavioural coaching techniques to empower you to manage and improve your mental health.

This course is designed to help you learn more about stress, anxiety and low mood, while giving you practical tools to improve your everyday wellbeing. You’ll explore how stress and anxiety can impact your daily life and learn simple techniques to help you manage and improve these feelings. You’ll have the chance to meet other local people, make friends and share your experiences.

During the sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to try out a range of helpful coping strategies such as mood diaries, anxiety logs and relaxation techniques so you can find out what works best for you. The course also looks at unhelpful thinking patterns, how our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected, and introduces the Six Ways to Wellbeing.
