Youth Wellbeing and Resilience Action Plans

Our Youth Wellbeing, Resilience, Action Plans are a series of personalised one-to-one wellbeing coaching sessions. These sessions aim to provide you with targeted support for the areas of life you are finding challenging – this might be school life, friends, identity or family relationships. Your designated Wellbeing Coach will tailor the sessions to your specific needs and help you to take steps to boost your confidence, emotional resilience and self esteem. We will work with you to take proactive steps and develop effective coping skills to help you manage life’s ups and downs. The programme lasts between 6 and 11 sessions with each session lasting 50 minutes. This programme is suitable for young people aged between 9 and 25.

Some of the common areas explored during these sessions can include:

  • Managing my wellbeing and anger
  • Physical Health and Self-Care
  • Living skills and responsibilities
  • Social Networks
  • Relationships
  • Identity and Self-Esteem
  • Aspirations
  • Challenging and/ or addictive behaviours
