Whether it’s an office cake sale, a sponsored 10k or a boot fair, there are lots of ways you can raise money for our work, and we are grateful for every donation! Thanks to people like you, we can keep expanding our services ensuring everyone who needs us can access our support.

If you have an idea of how you would like to raise funds for us, let us know; we would love to cheer you on! Our team can help by providing digital posters, certificates, sponsor forms and collecting tins; we are also on hand to provide advice and guidance.

Raising £25 towards our work, could help provide ingredients for our Food and mood course helping people prepare nutritious food that can improve their wellbeing.

£100

If you could raise £100 for our work, you could help us subsidise two counselling sessions. Our Affordable counselling service is only available thanks to donations.

£300

If you raised £300 you could provide six weeks of 1-2-1 support for an adult who is struggling with their mental health. Our Wellbeing team help individuals overcome the challenges they are facing.

By raising £500 you could be helping us provide bespoke support for those individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression as a result of Menopause.

£1000

Raising £1000 would make a huge difference to our work and help us trial a new project in response to the needs of our local community ensuing we are always meeting their changing needs.

Raising £2000 could help ensure our wellbeing team are available to answer the phone to someone in need providing immediate support and guidance to them when they need it most.
