Thank you for your interest in booking workplace counselling for your employees via the mindWELL initiative.


Who will be delivering the counselling sessions?

All sessions are delivered by qualified counsellors who are BACP registered.

How much do sessions cost?

Sessions start at £75 each and can be booked in blocks of 12 with 12 being the minimum number.

How many sessions should we pay for?

The average number of sessions used per person is around 12 so we recommend this as the starting point but a long-term view should be taken when it comes to counselling support.

How is payment made?

Payment is made directly to Mid Kent Mind via invoice.

How do we know how many sessions have been delivered?

You will be allocated an account manager who will liaise with you regularly to keep track of usage and make you aware of any other training or support services available.

What happens when we run out of credits?

You can liaise with your account manager to arrange adding more as necessary.

How do I make a referral?

Please complete the form below to refer employees. A member of our team will then contact them directly within 5 working days to schedule an assessment of their needs and match them with a suitable counsellor.
