Winter Warmers

Our new six week group in Maidstone will provide a welcoming and informal space for you to learn more about looking after your wellbeing and how to keep warm and well this winter. Our Wellbeing Coaches will be on hand to provide tailored advice, support and guidance about managing and improving your wellbeing this winter. We will explore different mindfulness techniques and also share details of other local support services available to you.

All participants will also receive a FREE slow cooker, ingredients for a family meal each week and a corresponding recipe card.

Do I have to bring anything with me?

No, everything is provided including a FREE slow cooker for you to take away with you. You might want to bring a big bag so you can take it home easily!

Do you have parking?

Unfortunately, we don’t have parking at our Wellbeing Centre, however, we are close to bus stops and train stations. There is a car park two minutes walk away on College Road.

What will happen during the session?

The sessions are totally informal and there is no expectation for you to share details of your life if you do not want to. We are available if you do want to talk about anything or get advice which is specific to your situation. The sessions are led by participants but facilitated by our team. We usually have some activities available such as colouring, journaling, a quiz or a game.
