It can be tough to be a parent and sometimes, it can help to share the challenges you are facing with other parents so you can get advice, guidance and support from people who know exactly what you are going through.
Our drop in sessions are facilitated by Wellbeing Coaches; the sessions are informal and designed to leave you feeling lighter and recharged with practical steps and techniques to move forward.
