Maidstone art group

Our new twelve week art course is a great way to explore your creative side! Each week, we will experiment with different techniques such as painting, decoupage, quilling and pottery to create a unique piece of art. Activities might include using wool and decorative items to create personalised dream catchers, using watercolours to paint a still life, using clay to create 3d floral tiles or using acrylics to paint intricate designs on stones.

The sessions are led by an experienced local artist and are designed to be fun and informal whilst giving you an opportunity to explore how being creative can help improve your wellbeing. Everyone is welcome and there is no previous experience needed.

Thanks to funding from Phillip and Connie Philips, these sessions are fully funded meaning there is no cost to you and all materials will be provided. To see some examples of previous groups’ work, please visit our online gallery.
