Food and Mood
How does food impact our mental health? How can we use basic number skills to scale up or down a recipe according to our needs? How can we search for suitable recipes online? What do all the instructions mean in a recipe? Our new course will teach you these skills and give you the opportunity to find out more about how what we eat affects how we feel.
