Coping with Life

Coping with Life is a structured, 3-week programme which utilises Cognitive Behavioural Coaching techniques to empower you to learn more about your own mental health and how you can use positive coping strategies to improve your wellbeing.


The course is an opportunity to reflect on your current experiences whilst also teaching tools and techniques which you can use to move forward. During the sessions, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn more about anxiety, stress and depression.
  • Understand the difference between good and bad stressors.
  • Explore the fight or flight response.
  • Develop new techniques for relaxation and grounding.
  • Understand the importance of support networks and goal setting.
