Managing Me 

This 6 week, structured course, is designed for young people aged between 9 and 18.  Over the course of the programme, participants will learn more about anxiety and stress and how to challenge negative thinking. We will explore healthy coping strategies and proactive ways that they can maintain their wellbeing.

Our Wellbeing Coaches use interactive and engaging activities throughout the course and each participant receives a handbook to keep with them.


The course covers:

  • Self awareness, self regulation and self reflection
  • Stress and anxiety and how we can use positive coping strategies to manage these feelings
  • Negative thinking and how we can challenge our thoughts
  • The 6 Ways To Wellbeing
  • Steps we can take to improve our wellbeing
  • Recognising and identifying our support networks
  • Other local support services
