Food and Mood

How does food impact our mental health? How can we eat healthily on a budget? How can we scale up or down a recipe according to our needs? How can we adapt meals to be more nutritious? Our new course will teach you these skills and give you the opportunity to find out more about how what we eat affects how we feel. We will also explore the impact of food on our physical health with a specific focus on managing and preventing Type 2 Diabetes.

Thanks to funding from Medway and Swale Community Chest, this course is free! Full course details are below; if you are interested in booking a place, please complete the form below and a member of our team will contact you.
